Passion
Yeah, we are passionate about what we do. Our job is not a daily routine to prove survival-of-the-fittest, instead, it is a genuine love that compels us to bring on all that we have (of course, within working area). Work thus becomes a pleasure, and co-workers a team that no one is regarded redundant.
